Logistics management: - 3rd Party: Managing 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations - Internal: Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain and Quality), clients and suppliers, and ensuring a seamless supply of products to and from the warehouse - Able to manage daily delivery of 3000 orders with 100 Delivery boys with 5-6 Team leaders. - Supervise, coach, and train on field delivery workforce. - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of targets - Stakeholder management - Planning all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics. - Ensuring effective and efficient warehouse and logistics operations. - Monitoring and allocating storage space. - Ensuring effective inventory management and storage space optimisation. - Process improvement &amp; Optimisation: - Direct, optimise, and coordinate full order cycles to achieve the best results. - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. - Maintain assess performance and implement improvements. - Define system, processes metrics and analyse data to optimise delivery SLAs and costs Business understanding: - Measure and report on all operational KPI's and taking effective action for improvements - Cash Management Skills, Strong's business acumen. - Set-up and manage 3P fulfilment centres for the Fresh kitchen based products - Manage the logistics P/L with independent ownership Problem Solving: - Owning the portfolio and analysing the root cause of logistical issues - Design processes and solutions to grow the top line and monetise the assets - Optimising critical processes to reduce the TAT to efficiently achieve the core objective - Use Data Science and solid first principles to problem solve and design solutions Skills needed : - Experience in e-commerce logistics - Knowledge of ground delivery operations - Understanding of the Cold supply chain. - Strong in planning to develop various operational processes in Last-mile delivery. - Experience in designing and executing projects n a time-constrained environment. - Quick learner with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively and adapt to a variety of challenges. - Fluent communication - both verbal and written - Demonstrates high ethical values - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines and handle pressure - Excellent analytical / MIS &amp; interpersonal and presentation skills - Good listening and problem-solving skills with a go-getter mindset Eligibility and Qualifications : - 5 - 10 years relevant work experience in a top tier company, driving programs or projects. - Prior work experience with e-commerce companies like Big Basket, Grofers, Swiggy or similar under Supply Chain and Logistics will be valuable. - Tier 1 Engineering/MBA college (IIM/IIT/NIT) - preferably experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
