Job Purpose: Responsible for managing communication between the organization's corporate management and its investors. Investor Relations Manager- helps support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Analysis:- Gather and comprehend various data sets across operational and financial metrics to develop and present strategic insights around business to influence decision making at the Senior Management level

Industry and Competitive Landscape:- Maintain repertoire on key industry information incl. Operational, Strategic and Financial datasheets, benchmarking of companies, review of industry reports etc- Business Development (M&A):

Scoping of the business landscape and seek fitment for specific Company requirement

Transaction structuring in line with Company Requirements

End-to end deal closure cycles including detailed profiling, business plan development, Non-Binding offer / Term sheet preparation and negotiation, Due Diligence liaising with 3rd- party agencies, drafting and negotiations of definitive agreements

Maintain relationships with external stakeholders viz. Investment Bankers, Real Estate consultants, Trusts etc to ensure constant deal flow stream

In-depth Financial Analysis:- Comprehend Balance Sheet details and develop financial models (for different business lines) to support strategic decisions, new businesses, M&A to determine valuations as well as return thresholds to determine Go/No-Go decision for Senior management

Corporate Finance Activities:- Driving structured financing initiatives like Fixed Income instruments issuance, Buy vs Hire, Mezzanine financing, Customised Equipment financing through in-depth understanding of Company Balance Sheet and Cash Flow requirements and in sync with Overall Strategy of the Group entailing direct interaction and coordination with Investor community viz. NBFC, PE, Bank Treasury, Insurance companies, Sovereign Funds, etc.

Investor Relations: Prepare, update and maintain critical database of the Group Viz. Periodic Investor Collaterals (Press Releases, Investor Decks, Annual Reports, etc.), Factsheets etc.

Engage with key external stakeholders viz. Investors, Brokerage houses, Rating agencies and work with them proactively to address and address all strategic, business and financial queries

Represent company across key platforms viz. Conferences

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Post-graduation

Experience: 2-7 years of experience across Investment Banking, Strategic Management Consultancy, Fund Management (Buy Side), Equity Research Background

Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical skillset with financial acumen and strategic insights and strong business perspective vis- vis the competitive landscape and design suitable positioning strategy, Effective inter-personal skills managing engagement with External Stakeholders viz. Promoters/Bankers/Consultants/Institutional Investors / Sell Side Analysts showcasing the Company. Excellent proficiency with power point presentations and excel work
