Job Summary: The Manager Content will be responsible for the development, management, and improvement of the content. This role requires deep insights into the needs of IAS aspirants and the ability to craft educational content that meets these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

- Develop and refine comprehensive curriculum for the civil services test prep, including study materials, mock tests, and online resources.

- Stay updated on the UPSC syllabus and examination pattern to ensure that the content is always relevant.

- Coordinate with subject matter experts and educators to design course modules.

Educator and Mentor Role:

- Take classes for current affairs and classes for a subject in which the candidate has expertise.

- Perform the role of mentor for the students of Narayana IAS and guide them by solving their queries and motivate them towards success.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the academic content meets Narayana's quality standards.

- Regularly review and update content based on feedback from students and faculty.

Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of content developers and educators, fostering collaboration and promoting creativity.

- Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Engage with students, other team members and faculties for feedback on academic content.

- Collaborate with the digital and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of content on digital platforms.

Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement in the curriculum.

- Present regular updates to senior leadership about content development progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Advanced degrees in relevant fields are a plus.

- Must have appeared for the civil services mains exam at least once. Preference will be given to candidates who have taken 2 or more mains attempt or those who have appeared for the interview.

- Previous experience in content development, education, or academic roles will be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
