Narayana Group - Finance Analyst

We are a large Education services company head quartered in South India. We are transforming the group from a person-dependent organization to a systems & process oriented organization. We are building a strong team (some of whom have already joined) who could champion this cause. One of the critical roles we are trying to fill is - Financial Analyst.

JD:

1. Core work would be - Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis

2. Person would be responsible for driving the Budget for the entire organization in alignment with all BUs and Location Heads

3. Responsible for performing variance analysis for each BU and highlighting variations and reasons for the same

4. Finance Operations - Working with BU heads to reduce the variance

5. FPA - Varied analysis on collections, costs, capex analysis, cash flow analysis etc.

6. Streamlining finance approvals - feasibility analysis and automation of approval process, streamlining approval process for new approvals, renewals etc.

7. Preparation of Dashboards to capture critical metrics of business

8. Presentations on business performance (monthly, quarterly) for management and investors

Qualifications:

1. B. Tech from top educational institution with relevant experience in performing financial analysis or

2. B. Com/M.Com with 4+ years of experience in relevant field or

3. CA with 3+ years of experience in relevant field or

4. MBA in Finance with 3+ years of experience in relevant field
