Role - Associate Product Manager

Description:

- As part of the Digital Transformation team in the Narayana Group, you will work within a small and elite team, (Yes, Quality over Quantity), like a typical startup (We build fast and ship faster), where you will own the architecture, design and implementation of a new digital product.

- You will have an overall responsibility of building the core capabilities of this new product besides having an opportunity to design and modify products 80% of your time.

- As a Product Manager, you will mentor other team members with the latest state of the art technologies and engineering best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, across businesses, to understand the organization's fulfilment needs, create product plans and roadmap for your products.

- Turn high-level requirements into executables and deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Work on Agile product development, constantly create, maintain, and own backlogs to deliver with your tech team.

- Proactively identify ongoing opportunities to increase efficiency, improve the usability of existing products, and evaluate new functionality/capabilities to fill identified gaps.

- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.

- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users.

Must Have Skills :

- A demonstrated record of strong product management and driving results.

- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and ability to proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs to produce insights and learning.

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting.

- Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams with ease.

- Prior experience in building fulfilment tools, scalable platforms, and complex products.

- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.

- Good Knowledge of Product documentation - PRDs, Design Documents, BRDs etc.

- Experience in Agile methodology for product development detailing Epic, User Stories, managing scrum etc.
