You'll join Napier Healthcare as a key part of our Global Human resources Team. We're passionate about our people and culture and what we do. Based out of our Hyderabad Office in the heart of the city, we deliver great HR strategy alongside the overall Business Strategy, working closely with the Senior Leadership team across globe. This role will be partnering with senior local and global leaders across the organisation, Build end to end people plans to deliver best practice HR support, Drive the continued integration.

How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis?

Key responsibilities for this role would be-

- To deliver the HR strategy alongside the overall Business Strategy, working closely with the Senior Management team. To work closely with the Head of Singapore, senior leaders and the HR team to ensure a client focused HR service, measured against the overall business strategy.

- All operational and strategic people-based activities aligned to the business including organisational design and development, learning and talent development, resourcing and talent planning, reward and recognition, HR service delivery and information. To challenge and coach leadership on employee engagement.

- Building organisation effectiveness and acting as an agent for change.

- Experienced in handling CXO/CEO/ Global level stakeholders directly to drive People strategy in alignment with different business outlook strategies of growth/ stability &business divestment / organizational restructuring. Should be currently in a strategic position driving business HR.

- Manage complex, sensitive and sometimes difficult HR issues while at the same time supporting, developing and coaching people managers to manage these issues effectively.

- Manage ER issues including the implementation of corrective action procedures, grievance investigations and conflict resolution.

What will make you the right fit for the team?

- 12+ Years of HR experience operating at a senior level. Previous experience of working with a Global Technology client group or for a Healthcare company. Relationship management with senior line managers. Commercial understanding. Leadership skills, Stakeholder management skills, helping build effective management teams, Change management and organisational design, Programme Management, Excellent business acumen.
