Role As a Business Analyst in the Founders' office, you would analyse data from different departments, generate insights, and help make data-driven decisions. You would get a chance to work on special projects with a front-seat view of what it takes to scale a high-growth SaaS company. The role is highly cross-functional in nature and would require you to partner with different teams within the company including GTM, Finance, and Ops. What you'll be doing 1. Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and find opportunities to increase operational efficiency. 2. Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods 3. Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and help drive rhythm of the business. 4. Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and other material for board meetings and investor calls. 5. Drive ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic in nature. Our ideal hire 1. 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or consulting as an Analyst or Associate. 2. Excellent presentation and communications skills with proficiency in Power point and Excel. 3. Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset.
