Role Description

We are looking for an organized and project-oriented Implementation Manager, with strong communication and problem solving skills, to join our team. Our implementation team is focused on ensuring that every customer has a successful Nanoheal implementation. Knowing a successful implementation is key to our customers finding value with Nanoheal, this is a critical function for the future success of our organization.

As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Client Management:

- You will act as the primary point of contact and best practices expert, training our customers- implementation team on how to set-up and use Nanoheal

- Managing client expectations, ensuring client and/or partner issues are addressed, and ensuring project timelines are met

- Establish a professional working relationship with clients, focusing mainly on the decision-maker and Demonstrate ability to grow relationships and build credibility with key clients contacts at an all levels.

Driving Implementation Efficiency:

- Continuously adapt the implementation process to optimize service quality while establishing efficient solutions to help scale our fast-growing business

- Always think of new ways to make the implementation process more efficient, and strengthen the implementation team's internal processes

- Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations by understanding the common threads in client requirements, and figuring out ways to deliver the same to the Client in an efficient and cost-effective manner

Driving Value Creation for Customer:

- Drive adoption and customer success by walking customers through their set up process and adoption phases including trainings, and being an available resource

- Actively identify opportunities to help customers get more value from Nanoheal

Other Responsibilities:

- Meet or Exceed expectations for Days to Implement and Forecasting requirements

- Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early.

- Track Key Performance Indicators and measurements of product success as it relates to deploying platform improvements.

Qualifications / Experience

- 4+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations in product firms

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) as well as a willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed

- Process driven. Have a strong desire to create, implement, and iterate on processes that lead to a standardized and extremely positive experience for every customer

- Strong problem solving skills - proven ability to improve efficiency of implementation process, while ensuring the required output quality

- Experience with Project Management tools and best practices

- Self-starter and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
