Manager - Talent Acquisition with overall Experience of 5-7 years in Accounting or BFSI Recruitments and should have good experience in vendor management, bulk/volume hiring and end to end process of recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods like Naukri, Linkedin, Internal database.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as need
- Manage on boarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment
