Roles and Responsibilities
1. Experience of projects related to Rural Development, Health & Family Welfare, Socio-economic Development.
2. Managing project team(s) and project deliverables.
3. Develops approach and methodology, schedules, and costing for project proposals
4. Project/ program management and implementation for government or quasi-government body.
5. Business Development pursuits , proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution.
6. Build dynamic stakeholder relationships nationally and internationally, as per requirement, to fulfil the goals mentioned above.
7. Manage team from diversified backgrounds and experiences to ensure client delivery.
Qualification
- 7- 8 years' experience in related project areas.
- Master's degree/MBA/ equivalent in Public Policy/Social Sciences/Developmental Economics/Economics or Relevant Field of Study.
- Experience in handling Project Management in government or private sector preferably in different states of India.
- Familiarity with governance policies & interventions in education/ public health/nutrition/ local governance/ law and order/ livelihoods/ agriculture sectors would be a plus.
- Project reports/research papers/concept notes/presentations
