Job Description
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the BCP and IT DR plan for the organization
- Assisting and handholding with various departments in conducting Business Impact Analysis
- Assisting in conducting organization level risk assessment in line with Business Continuity
- Conduct workshops for stakeholders/departments on Business Continuity
- Be a single point of contact in addressing queries from various existing and prospective clients/RFPs relevant to BCP
- Ensuring that the BCP Tests are conducted as per the calendar and maintain records for various audits
- Represent the organization in all information security and client audits
- Conduct BCMS Internal Audits as and when required
- Implement Near DR, FAR DR, Work from Home/ Anywhere BC Solution, Crisis Management Plan
- Conduct BCM Training Sessions
- Prepare Organization for ISO 22301 Implementation and readiness assessment
- ISO 22301 certificate is a good to have.
