PREFERRED CANDIDATE :

Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in Automobile or Lubricant Industry

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develop business strategy for assigned Key accounts & Accountability for account performance

2. Retain existing customer business & generate sales

3. New Business development from assigned Geography

4. Handle customer support team and activities

5. Coordination with customer support, Factory, Technical team & Logistics for timely order execution

6. Follow up with customer for forecast and order projections

7. Regular customer visits and develop customer relation

8. Submit visit reports & MOM within 3 days of visit

9. Customer feedback for Quarter

10. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to get to closure

REQUIRED SKILLS :

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Open to extensive travel

3. Good negotiation and presentation skills

4. Self-driven and willing to accept accountability

5. Process driven work approach and contribute to continuous process improvements.
