JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Prepare short and mid-term plans for new OEM business development.

2) Identify/Establish contacts with key persons of OEMs for Business Development.

3) Maintain rapport & interact with all concerned Departments of OEM for business development.

4) Interact and co-ordinate with Technical team of the OEM for product approvals/validation wherever required.

5) Drive business solicitation efforts in all segments eg. OE fill, Genuine Oil, After Market sales as need be and derive strategy accordingly.

6) Develop commercial preposition and drive it with Finance/Commercial team of OEM.

7) Develop USP / Create differentiated business proposition for value addition to command premium.

8) Coordinate with concerned departments to drive business development projects internally.

9) Understand customer strengths and weaknesses to design product portfolios and identify target market segments.

10) Work as a consultant to help customers prepare a defined roadmap for product launch.

11) Help customer to define their pricing strategy - MRP, DLP, NDLP and Scheme design for deriving the MOP.
