JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Distributor Appointment for expansion of Lubricant Retail business

- Effective utilization of inventory and stock management-zero over 60 days stocks

- Sales promotion initiatives and ground demand generation activities like MCP, RCP, Nukkad Meets, service camps etc.

- Sales planning and target achievement as per annual budgeted target for sales, volume and cash flow

- To adhere company policy and reporting norms and effective implementation of marketing schemes and taking owner ship for ROI of scheme

- Channel relationship management-Build strong relationship with aftermarket retail and OEM distributors

- Channel relationship management-build strong relationship with key retailers and key mechanics in key markets

- Market intelligence feedback and responsible for customer satisfaction feedback in his assigned area

- DSR motivation and effective utilization of IT package like field assist etc. for monitoring performance of DSR.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Candidate should have an understanding of the aftermarket business.

- Channel Relationship management: maintain a good relation with the key stakeholders

- Candidate should able to expand the existing network

- Candidate should travel aggressively in his region/zone.

TEAM MANAGEMENT :

RSM will lead the regional team of 3 to 7 Area Manager based or Sales executives.

RSM should able to give developmental and on job training to the team members

RSM should able to coach, motivate and drive the team in the right direction.
