Manager - Technical Sales
Responsibilities:
- Explore & Identify Opportunities for Existing & New Product in Different Sectors
- Product Presentation to Potential Customers across New Sectors
- Identify Customer Needs & map to our products for suitable offering.
- Conduct Product Trials with Customers to establish the performance of our products suiting to Customer Needs
- Work with Sales Team post successful trial and Handover
- Collect market/ industry info on competitor products, map to our products and identify potential new products and initiate trial with Different Customers
- Working knowledge/application of Industrial products and processes and seeks opportunities for improving the customer's processes and their application of Nandan Petrochem Lubricants products.
- Complete Knows how of products, services and their uses. Interact with customer's productions and technical personnel and suppliers.
- Acquire, record and analyze process and usage data. Able to recognize and explain the quantifiable benefits of a service or product performance. Report and interpret all results and usage, via report generation; completes corrective action, following proper guidelines.
- Prepare the data bank of assigned Area/industry/segment wise w.r.t the products
- Lead and conduct meetings, anticipate customer requests and needs, deliver concise next steps after reviewing value proposition and best practices.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Create added value for the customer to ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.

- Detail oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience & Qualification:
- 5 + years of experience in sales of Industrial Lubes
- B. Tech in Mechanical
