Total Exp : 7+ Years&nbsp; (Min 5 years In Automobile or Engineering or Lubricant industry ) 1) Develop business strategy for assigned Key accounts &amp; accountability for account performance 2) Retain existing customer business &amp; generate sales 3) New Business development from assigned Geography 4) Handle directly a team of customer support &amp; their activities 5) Coordination with customer support, Factory, Technical team &amp; Logistics for timely order execution. 6) Follow up with customer for forecast &amp; order projections. 7) Regular customer visits &amp; develop customer relation. 8) Submit Visit reports post visits 9) Submit monthly MIS for the respective business/region 10) Get customer feedback from customer for every quarter 11) Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to get a closure
