Nandan Petrochem - Manager - Product Development - Lubricants Segment

We are also looking for R&D personnel for Lubes Product Development - one each for Automotive, Industrial and Specialties products (3 nos.)

The profile would be as under:

- 5 - 7 years' experience in developing new lubricant formulations and optimization of lube formulations.

- Knowledge of various International and Indian test methods / standards and specifications

- Abreast with latest additive technologies. Capable to lead discussions with technology providers on new products development.

- Experience in working on various tribological test equipment, analytical testing facilities and other lubes performance testing. Identifying & augmenting testing facilities requirement.

- Capable of working independently, self-driven. Looking for creating new business opportunities through new products.

- Preferable B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical). Desirable M.E. / M.Tech in Automobile Eng. / Tribology.
