Job Purpose:

The Sales Support Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales support operations, including customer service, order processing and sales administration. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, increase loyalty, retention and to meet customer expectations. Assisting the Sales Team both B2B & B2C by providing support for effective Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Daily Operations of the Sales Support Function. Improve Sales experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth with both B2B and B2C segment.

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

- Responsible for End to End - Order Processing, Execution, Plant Coordination, Order tracking, Delivery and Payment.

- Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements for Sales department and the company.

- Provide Data and updated reports to Sales Team. Coordinate with Sales Head to develop strategies & Sales process improvement.

- Oversee the resource allocation & workflow of all support activities including Order processing, responses, data collection and the preparation of reports to support the Sales team.

Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, addressing any issues that arise during the process.

- Review Pending orders and Specific Customers requests. Analyse and Interpret Sales Data, revenue, margins, volume, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction.

- Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Teams basis on Data Analysis.

- Identify trends, Opportunities, Challenges and Best Practices.

- Monthly Management of Sales Performance Reports to facilitate measurement

of Performance, Pipeline forecasting and Sales Management Reviews.

- Provide training and guidance to sales support staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Knowledge and Skill:

- Experience in Handling Large Team.

- Min of 10 - 15 yrs. experience in sales support or related roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

- Proactive in recognizing changing business needs and develop changes in team approach.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, filtering, lookups, CSV files), proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint

- Knowledge and understanding of SAP preferred

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and Sales Support practices

- Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
