Position Title : Business Analyst ERP implementation

Reporting To : Group IT Head

Department : IT

Division : Nanda Groups

Job Purpose :

- Coordinate with internal stakeholder and draft the business process flow.

- Prepare BRD document with the complete flow of business process

- Understand current ERP application and perform gap analysis between business process and ERP implementation.

- Drive the implementation process of the ERP for existing users by preparing training deck and conducting training for users

- Understand the users issue with regular flow up and identify existing bugs in ERP

- Prepare change management document if any and coordinate with development partners for the change.

- Implement change process and ensure all the users are trained on the change

Key Accountabilities :

- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

- Prepare Business requirement document in coordination with the stakeholders

- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

- Translate business requirement to technical and coordinate with vendor for change development.

- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications

- Track end to end Project/Change delivery and ensure smooth transition to production environment

- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget

- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making

- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities

- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes

- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Requirements :

- Hands on software development on Java Full stack would be added advantage

- Microsoft PowerPoint and word experience

Experience and Skills :

- Qualification MBA or Masters in Computer science

- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for 2 year

- Should have worked on ERP application

- Should have experience on JAVA full stack development

- Should have good understanding of Database schema and should handle existing data structure

- Strong hands on Mysql and other database

- Java development knowledge would be added advantage and preferred.

- Hands on experience with installation and configuration of MySQL in a multi-master environment

- Having good Technical Document writing skill
