JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Manager - HR will support the business achieve its aspirations of building a highly professional and customer obsessed culture, where work is serious, but the environment is happy and people cheerful.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make customer obsession the DNA of the company

- Create an employee experience that mirrors the customer experience

- Support the business in delivering consistency in sevice delivery across the length and breadth

- Build a high calibre, high performing organization

- Work as an integrated member of the business team

- Create an apolitical environment where collaboration and synergy are practised

- Build a strong performance management program that helps deliver business results

- Create a Talent Development program

- Adopt tech in HR and roll out Success Factors

- Manage ongoing HR initiatives, programs and policy implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is preferred, not essential

- Has worked sectors such as Retail, Ariliens, Hotel in companies that are known to be customer centric

- Have had a couple of medium to long-duration stints (> 4 years)

- At least one assignment where she or he has shaped customer experience delivery

- Prior implementation experience of HR Technology (preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to express one's view and stand by it

- Curious to learn and introduce new technologies/ practices. Has demonstrated the same in the past
