Namaste Credit - Product Analyst (1-4 yrs)
- As an Analyst, the candidate will assist in the design, development and execution of data-driven solutions for the ever-growing business of Namaste Credit. The candidate will be working very closely with respective stakeholders to identify key issues, strategic growth areas and enhance the quality of decisions through analytics.
- The candidate should be able to support and validate product decisions through quantitative analysis
- The candidate should have enough expertise in quantitative analysis, and data presentation
- The candidate must assist in designing simple, dependable dashboards and help in automated reporting of important metrics
- The candidate should be familiar with product funnels, cohort analyses and basic exploratory analysis
- The candidate should strive towards creating a data-informed culture within the organization
Desired Skills:
- Mandatory
- Excel / Google Sheets
- SQL
- Descriptive statistics
- Good to have
- Any BI tool (preferably Google Studio)
- R/Python
- The candidate must be a highly-motivated self-starter who is passionate about understanding the product and applying insights to assist in developing meaningful strategies for product roadmap
