Roles/Responsibilities Operations oversight: - Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way - Oversee operations (e.g., Studio, Image Editing, Inventory, Quality Control, Shipping and IT)) to ensure merch levels are maintained and products displayed properly (quality image, rich description etc) and efficiently (low time-to-shelf, high uploads ') - Plan and optimize inventory, SKU levels by coordinating with all merchandisers across the company - Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Managing teams: - Manage Managers, team leads and employees of all ops units (eg Studio, Image Editing, Inventory, Quality Control, Shipping, Production (private collection) and IT)) and guide & oversee departments to ensure targets are achieved & QC-errors low, low team attrition and high engagement - Set goals & KPIs for individual teams for all ops-metrics (sales, QC, productivity, cost, etc); Coordinate with finance and marketing teams to ensure ops KPIs are in line with Sales Plan, Budget and Marketing Plan - Create SOPs as required, ensure SOPs are constantly updated and followed; automate processes wherever possible to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved Production & Sourcing for inhouse-designed brands - Managing the complete cycle of end-to-end production of Nalli designed products - Work cross-functionally with marketing, designers, etc while taking up end-to-end responsibility for ensuring stock is on shelves on time in total. - Troubleshoot costing/quality/deadline challenges and resolve with vendors to ensure commitments achieved; project manage all external and internal stakeholders - Vendor development and management: Identify new vendors as needed, constantly be looking for better quality and more efficient costs, continuous improvement mindset - Manage replenishment and ensure bestsellers are always stocked without over-ordering - Proactively do stock transfers for low-sellers to ensure STRs are high with optimal inventory levels across multiple geographies and formats - Identify stock requiring a push and work with marketing teams to provide visibility - Provide insights on low-selling designs to the design team, and collaboratively decide which designs to reorder-kill-modify; keep track of the performance of all experiments - Oversee QC of all production orders before preparation for dispatch - Work with finance to manage the cash cycle smartly using an OTB mindset Salary: Depending on work experience and the candidate's caliber Job Location (This is an in-office position) Nalli Corporate Office, 66, Double Rd, Eshwara Layout, Indira Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038
