DESCRIPTION : - Responsible for driving leads to website through effective content and search marketing techniques. - Manage and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic to the organization's website. - Responsible for the execution of organic and paid traffic strategy and campaigns. - Responsible for maintaining, optimizing and improving all company websites. - Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content and email. - Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns. - Manage key digital marketing channels including but not limited to: SEO, paid search, affiliate marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc. - Serve as an in-house digital marketing expert, develop and maintain SEO / SMO strategy and project plan. - Reporting, analysis and ongoing optimization of all marketing channels. - Plan and manage all marketing communication including social media platforms, blogs, newsletters etc. - Keeps up-to-date on digital marketing trends and technologies. REQUIREMENTS : - Bachelors degree/PG or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing domain. - Proven ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention. - The candidate must have experience in working on a product / web based solution for B2B segment, preferably International market as the target audience. - Proven success in various aspects of Digital Marketing i.e. SEO, SMO, SEM and other social media initiatives. - Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and strong data analysis skills. - Results driven -focus on revenue and traffic growth. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills are a MUST, both written and verbal. - Ability to write &amp; review content of website.
