Manager: (10yrs of exp. required minimum)

- Overall assignment management & ownership

- Client relationship (includes taking lead in client presentations, relationship management, overall assignment management, quality control etc.)

- Review and monitoring work done by the team

- Monitoring of budgeted time Vs actual time on assignment

- Marketing initiatives (like client meeting, cross marketing etc.)

- Practice management initiatives

- MIS, planning

- Part of management group

- Recruitment (taking interviews, campus etc.)

- Support partners in department level initiatives like training, offsite etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance.

- Sound understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Standards on Assurance Engagements, etc.

- Pro-active and result oriented approach.

- Open for Out Station travelling.

- Strong Communication Skill
