N.A. Shah Associates LLP - Deputy Manager - Audit

Deputy Manager: (5 years of exp. required minimum)

- Handling Multiple assignment (usually 5-6 assignments).

- Assisting the partners and managers in overall client management.

- Ensuring overall quality control and time lines are meet.

- Take initiatives in practice management (preparation of new checklist, process improvements etc.)

- Support in recruitment process and training.

- Preparation of planning sheet, MIS.

- Taking responsibility for preparation of newsletters, alerts (in case of new developments).

- Review work of QA/ SQA & AM.

- Part of sub-group

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance.

- Sound understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Standards on Assurance Engagements, etc.

- Pro-active and result oriented approach.

- Open for Out Station travelling.

- Strong Communication Skills.
