Assistant Manager: (5 years of exp. required minimum) :
- Handling Multiple assignment (usually 3-4 assignments)
- Assisting the partners and managers in overall client management
- Ensuring overall quality control and time lines are meet
- Assist the managers / deputy manager in manpower planning
- Taking responsibility for preparation of newsletters, alerts (in case of new developments)
- Review work of QA/ SQA
- Part of sub-group
- Support seniors in training and other initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CA
- post-qualification 5 to 10 years of experience in Audit & Assurance.
- Sound understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Standards on Assurance Engagements, etc.
- Pro-active and result oriented approach.
- Open for Out Station travelling.
- Strong Communication Skills
