- We are looking for a general manager - stato oversee daily activities in our teacher operations that includes onboarding, payments, regulatory compliances, communications, curriculum designing, pricing, community building, new program development etc. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with other teams like finance, IT, marketing etc. - The strategic operations manager will be responsible for developing & leading operational strategy for the yoga teachers operations in the company. The role will work closely with the CEO to design & implement overall business strategy. A key requirement of this role is analytic mindset & empathetic communication style." You are responsible for: - Assess supply chain vulnerabilities & making recommendations to engage and recruit yoga teachers to be effective yoga trainers on MyYogaTeacher platform. - Strategize & scale-up the business operations in line with the market acquisitions, design hiring & onboarding plans. - Analyze the peculiarities of individual markets & programs to effectively create teacher training programs for effective delivery. - Conducting analysis of operational data points for improvements in quality of delivery, class scheduling & curriculum development, payment rates, etc. - Participating in strategic planning sessions with top management & other teams to drive cross team efforts for student engagement, PR, financial planning etc. - Planning & implementing strategies for controlling costs, improving efficacy & ensuring regulatory compliance. You are qualified: - If you have 7-10+ years of proven experience in senior leadership roles - If you're a Grad/Post grad degree from Tier 1 college(E.g. IIT, IIM, ISB, etc.) - If you have keen knowledge of data analytics and reporting - Good with numbers and should be able to do data analysis & tools for the job like Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. About you: - Analytical mindset & Problem-solving aptitude - People skills - Communications, Negotiation, problem solving, empathy, etc. - Flexible & Dynamic - can keep pace with the rapid changes in a startup - Collaborative - can work well with the team - respectful, open minded etc. - Service oriented - Believes serving other is the highest importance - Would be nice to have someone who understands Yoga Practice(Ideal but not mandatory).
