We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist (HNI). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying and acquiring High Net Worth Individuals who can benefit from our services

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential HNI clients through market research, networking events, and other channels. Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.

2. Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Present and articulate our wealth management services, emphasizing the value proposition tailored to the unique needs of HNI clients.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with HNI clients, earning their trust and confidence in our firm's ability to manage their wealth effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

4. Customized Financial Solutions: Collaborate with our team of financial experts to create customized wealth management strategies for HNI clients. Stay abreast of market trends and financial products to provide informed recommendations.

5. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed acquisition targets by developing and executing effective client acquisition strategies. Monitor and report on progress regularly, adjusting tactics as needed to ensure success.

Recommended Qualification Criteria:

- Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client acquisition, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry, real estate, luxury automobiles, etc.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients.

- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
