MyWash.in - Financial Controller - CA/IIM/ISB

MyWash :

MyWash is a well-funded startup based out of Bangalore. We are growing well and we are looking to have a financial controller on board so that the finance spent on that growth is optimized. The same will be subsequently promoted as CFO of the organization. This is a core team opportunity.

Responsibilities :

- Payroll & all payments related processing. Generate reports for the investors and make sure the finance state of the company is always healthy.

- To bring together all the General Ledgers worldwide and arrive at Corporate View and perform Corporate Accounting functions.

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting processes at the corporate level, including generation of consolidated Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Comprehensive Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements

- To lead the coordination and consolidation for all monthly and periodic financial reporting deliverables and the integrity of the worldwide general ledger

Requirements :

- 2 - 5 years of prior experience in Corporate finance, Accounting & payroll

- Fundamental knowledge and experience with general accounting, month end close procedures, eliminations and consolidations, accounting policy/concepts, controls, analytics, and working with external auditors

- CA with excellent academic background (CA + IIM/ISB will be the ideal combo)

- Strong financial analysis, financial modeling skills, and proficiency in MS excel

- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and manage relationships.

- Rigorous attention to detail with a healthy balance of speed vs. accuracy
