We are currently looking candidates for the role of Digital Marketing.

Base Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Business Head - Ecommerce

Job Requirements:

- Strategize, optimize, and manage content on the website

- Develop a pan-India digital marketing roadmap to support brand building & business generation

- Provide regular reporting for website and online marketing initiatives, using internal data sources, WebTrends and Google Analytics

- Analyze data, determine insights, and develop recommendations to optimize the user experience.

- Track and measure online advertising and promotional programs

- Design test strategies and creative to optimize results

- Manage SEO & SEM (organic and paid) projects

- Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities

- Manage digital agency

- Design and implement a digital strategy to Drive brand visibility and salience using the digital space (web and mobile)

- Drive customer acquisition through digital media

- Manage the corporate website and content updation.

- Use web analytics to monitor web traffic

- Optimise digital spends to ensure maximum ROI

Skills Required:

- Must have minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in digital marketing/digital analytics and in similar field.

- Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, display marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing etc.

- Strong understanding of search and social media marketing platforms will be preferred.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Strong people skills is a must

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in a team handling role

- Work experience in eCommerce organization or a Startup: is preferred
