Responsibility : 1. Head of Finance will control the cash flow position throughout the company, manage the customer credit and deposit cycle, supplier payments cycle, and maintain the integrity of funds, securities, and other valuable documents. Optimize handling of bank and relationships 2. Your responsibilities include the authority to establish accounting policies and procedures for credit and collections, purchasing, payment of bills, and other financial obligations keeping the organizations interest in mind 3. As the HOF, you will oversee the budget process, collecting the inputs, and comparing the company's actual performance with estimates (the budget). 4. The HOF will develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the executive management in performing their responsibilities 5. HEAD OF FINANCE will be responsible in Raising Capital &amp; Financial Obligations with appropriate planning and execution 6. Manage Company liabilities &amp; performance and understands Mystifly liabilities, contracts, statutory &amp; tax liabilities, company business model, operational metrics and measures, financial statements etc and its execution and effectively communicates to board of directors 7. Supervises, support and be a catalyst to create a high performing team 8. Expertise in shareholders and financial relations with all stakeholders, bankers, etc and administer the process and take necessary steps to enhance the process 9. Works in a consultative fashion with other business heads, such as operations, technology, sales &amp; marketing, and HR when needed 10. Manages and controls records on various financial aspects including real estate, contracts, etc and ensures company compliance with financial regulations and standards. 11. The HEAD OF FINANCE will also assume other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO HEAD OF FINANCE Requirements : - Extensive experience of progressive experience in a major company in the e-commerce arena. - Evidence of having worked as a true business partner to a Chief Executive and working in close partnership with an executive team of board members and shareholders. - Measurable expertise in developing an organisation through growth both organically and via acquisitions - Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model. - A collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality needs to be seen as a team player and hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, results driven environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communication and manage well at all levels of the organisation and with staff at multiple locations essential. - Technically strong, highly intelligent, and credible with the ability to present information in a clear precise manner to internal and external stakeholders. - Exceptional problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. - Experience of running the financial affairs of a fast-growing company. - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. - MBA (Finance)Tier1 &amp; Tier2 B-School and CA preferred
