Assistant Manager - Sales & Growth Role
Mystifly Consulting is a leading player in B2B Air Travel Distribution space, with wide range of products catering to end-to-end air travel booking experience. We are seeking to hire a Growth specialist who will be responsible for driving discussions with new prospects generated through inbound leads as well as identifying and hunting new opportunities.
Responsibility :
The role will essentially be to drive new sales and achieve quarterly targets for growth and revenue. Some of the responsibilities that this position will undertake are listed below :
- Work on inbound leads as well as identify new prospects through hunting activities.
- Connect and drive meetings to pitch Mystifly offerings to potential Clients.
- Gain in-depth understanding of all products and give product demos.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from coordinating with marketing team on lead generations to deal closure and onboarding of prospective clients.
- Maintaining and updating CRM with last known status of leads, appointments.
What we're looking for in an ideal candidate :
- Education - Full time MBA - Tier 1/Tier2 institution.
- Min 1-2 yrs. Experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS product/related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal interpersonal skills, problem solving attitude.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure situations, should take ownership and be self-driven.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated to be part of a growing company.
