Role : We are looking for an experienced operations manager to :&nbsp; - Lead the Operations function, which includes including IT and customer support - Define and continuously monitor operational SLAs and KPIs - Implement the right processes in the function and enable business growth - Draft, deploy and review the operational SOPs with operational efficiency and continuous improvement objectives - Handle project management for operational excellence initiatives - Communicate effectively within and outside the team - Supervise, motivate and coach the team members - Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the function, - To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. You should also be willing to stretch your limits and available time.
