Job Description:
- The Sales Team Lead handles coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
- The Sales Lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your sales performance, recruiting and training, and monitoring inventory.
- This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing sales processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to the sales process & training materials as needed to enhance the overall MyOperator customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Developing sales strategies to ensure the monthly target & goals.
- Identifying team goals & setting targets for the entire team & individual team members.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Ensuring a strong sales funnel & preparing weekly/monthly sales reports/analysis.
- Conducting regular one-to-one feedback sessions with team members & understanding the opportunities to scale their skills & overall performance.
Requirements :
- 2+ experience in leading a high-performing team, preferably B2B space
- A bachelor's/Master's Degree is a plus and knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills & Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, advanced Excel)
