MyOperator - Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales - SaaS (6-12 yrs)
This role is to lead the team of Enterprise sales professionals. It would include designing of strategic sales plans and making it scalable. It would include expansion of the company's customers base and its strong presence in the market.
Ensure continuous improvement and participation in the growth and sales of the team members.
- Building a team and ensuring continuous coaching and performance improvement.
- Building a culture to promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expanding our territories.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences for own and team members.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Experience in enterprise sales for 6+ years.
- Have worked in a EPABX or call center software selling company.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Technical understanding should be a good and fast learner.
- This is a remote position.
