Sales Manager
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales processes, excelling at taking initiatives, relationship building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
Requirements :- 3+ experience in leading a high-performing team, preferably in SaaS/B2B space.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills & Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company;
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
- Must be proficient with Google Workspace (intermediate Google Docs, advanced Google Sheets, Charts).
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio is an advantage.
