MyOperator - Director - Enterprise Sales - B2B SaaS (8-12 yrs)
The Director, Enterprise Business will be responsible for managing and growing our Enterprise Business. He/She would be responsible for managing the Sales and Account Management functions within the Enterprise Business Group. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of industry experience in SAAS or allied industries and a comprehensive understanding of managing the enterprise business function. As the AVP, Enterprise Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and delivering exceptional value to our enterprise customers.
- Enterprise Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise business strategy, aligning it with MyOperator's overall goals and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and target potential enterprise customers, create tailored proposals, and lead the sales team to acquire new business opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding MyOperator's presence within the enterprise sector, achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed strategic decisions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of MyOperator's product portfolio and effectively communicate how our solutions meet the unique needs of enterprise clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in SAAS or allied industries, with a proven track record in enterprise business development.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level software solutions and a keen business acumen.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales productivity software.
- Knowledge of the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions is advantageous.
Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisions and optimize team performance. They should have experience tracking and analyzing customer success metrics, and be able to use this data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
