Associate - Partner Acquisition
About the job:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate in Partner Acquisition with 1-3 years of lead generation, onboarding experience in SAAS or allied industries.
- The Associate will be reporting to AVP, Channels and would be responsible for growing our Partner base.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of industry experience in SAAS or related industries, with a proven track record of onboarding Channel Partners and achieving targets.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the SAAS landscape and the ability to navigate complex Partner environments.
- He/She will be responsible for overseeing all Partner related activities before the Partner is assigned a Channel Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Scouting and Prospecting:
- Identify potential channel partners through market research and networking.
- Conduct outreach and establish initial contact with prospective partners.
- Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our ecosystem.
- Provide necessary training and resources to partners for effective collaboration.
Marketing Planning:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to devise plans for partner acquisition and engagement.
- Contribute insights and feedback to optimize the overall partner program.
Performance Tracking:
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partner success and contribution.
- Regularly assess partner performance and address any challenges or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/PG degree
- 1-3 years of experience in partner or customer acquisition, preferably in SAAS or allied industries.
- Proven track record of successfully scouting, engaging, and onboarding channel partners.
- 360-degree understanding of handling channel partners and driving mutually beneficial relationships.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in a vernacular language is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with SAAS industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other support-related software.
