Brand Partnership position:
- Lead a team and drive brand partnership initiatives at Myntra.com
- Interact with over 100+ lead apparel and footwear brands and develop co marketing initiatives.
- We will expect the key relationships to be driven with a core set of brands - say 20-30
- Pitch unique marketing ideas to promote brand @ myntra.com
- End to end responsibility for all brand partnerships - with a wide array of brands viz Nike, Puma, Adidas, etc - driving co-marketing programs, promotions, shop-in-shops, digital campaigns, etc. Build strong long-term relationships.
- Research and analyze shopper data to assist the partner brands to gain insights and create better initiatives on Myntra.com
- Provide solutions to brands to achieve their objectives viz increase sales on Myntra.com / establish or promote their brand positioning and communication, etc..
- Define a strategic framework and roadmap to monetize brand partnerships in a collaborative and sustainable fashion.
- KPIs will include number of partnerships, quality of relationships, and monetization targets.
Skills required:
- Needs a strategic thinking capability and proven marketing skills
- Ability to ideate and think out of the box
- A good people management skills
- Should know how to foster business relationships and develop ways of working with multiple stake holders
- Drive innovative ideas, strategic tie ups, and larger/thematic promos
- Wrangler wanderers, Nike TCS, Reebok fitness studio etc
- co-branded TVCs; brand template communication etc
