Myntra.com is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter with a passion for delighting the Hiring Manager and candidate, to join our Talent Acquisition Organization.

- The Senior Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support including the development, implementation and maintenance of employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs.

- Sources, identifies, pre-screens/qualifies interviews, negotiates salaries and closes candidates for open positions.

- Coaches hiring managers and coordinates the entire staffing process.

Responsibilities:

- Trusted Advisor/SME; understands the business, budgets, headcount, current and future hiring plans

- Impacts and influences hiring decisions

- Achieves hiring goals and overcomes uncertainty, lack of information or, changing circumstances

- Regular check-ins with hiring managers, keeping them informed of status

- Partners effectively with Human Resource Business Partners, Business Leaders and other internal stakeholders on quarterly hiring forecasts as appropriate

- Builds targeted pipelines - Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates, while using active sourcing practices

- Engaging with candidates and assuring the best candidate experience

- Serve as escalation point for issues, change requests and other items that come up in the course of day-to-day service delivery

Requirements:

- Proven 7+ years of recruiting experience with preference given to supporting a high growth, high change environment

- Experience executing all stages of the recruitment process including strategy and target development list, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, closing and follow-up

- Experience placing senior level and niche candidates

- Creative thinker who is able to successfully target candidates with out of the box sourcing strategies

- Proven ability to attract and hook passive candidates

- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion

- Fluent English - written and spoken

- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, creativity, and project management

- Exceptional interpersonal & influential skills

- Any Graduate
