Managing Licensing Business
1. Active identification of opportunities for new licenses (License here refers to intellectual property like Disney, popular movies which can be licensed) and used on fashion products
2. Relationship management with existing licensors
3. Setting up and monitoring compliance processes for different licensors
4. Preparing business plans and pitches to procure required licenses with appropriate financials
5. Setting up and ensuring regular review mechanisms with licensors
6. Working with brand and marketing teams to monitor and track milestones to meet targets committed as well as leverage licensor's marketing tent-poles.
Managing sales and facilitating buying for 2 women's wear brands
1. Day to day sales monitoring, pricing /discounts planning and other initiatives to improve sales for 2 women's wear brands
2. Facilitating the selection of products, assortment mix, option plan for the 2 brands
3. Ensuring inventory health and monitoring the targeted inventory cover.
4. Managing relationship with external partner who owns the brands
5. Data analysis to track and improve the brand's health metrics like CTR, Returns, Sell-through, repeats, Margins etc vis--vis targets / Category / Competition benchmarks.
