External Job Overview & Responsibilities:
Central Customer Demand team will drive innovative & transformative initiatives for category teams and runs at sales operations activities for the platform.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own strategic initiatives as a core part of the Customer Demand Team for external brands.
- Drive & support key analytical pieces using Excel, SQL, R, Python etc. (Tableau is plus). Structure business problems into analytical pieces and come up with actionable business insights.
- Project management of select initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse teams/functions for smooth running of initiatives; Identify bottlenecks and raise requests for support/escalations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Own the design, development & maintenance of performance reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to ensure effective tracking mechanism for projects. Independently do RCA for identified issues/ business problems.
- Publish periodic reports; prepare presentations for reviews with Senior Management.
Requirements (Including preferred experience, skills and competencies) :
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with good business judgment.
- Highly proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R and Python.
- Knowledge of tools like Spotfire, Altirx or Qlikview and visualization tool like Tableau is a big plus.
- Efficient project and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills - Written and Verbal.
- Overall, an enterprising and a go-getter type individual to drive innovations in category management.
