Position/Designation - Manager - Growth ABOUT THE ROLE : As Associate Manager - Growth, you will focus both on the onboarding experience for new users as well as the monthly campaigns run on performance marketing to generate installs and traffic. You will drive insights into campaign performance by experimenting with innovative communication propositions, targeting, new partnerships and have complete ownership of the creative campaign calendar. You will be required to be an enthusiastic, independent, outside the box thinker, with a strong consumer-centric and data driven approach to flourish in this role. Department: Performance Marketing & Acquisitions (Revenue Org) RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Designing and executing the onboarding experience for new users and building communication solutions to take them to their first purchase 2. Planning and maintaining the creative campaign calendar, working cross-functionally with category and creative teams to create a campaign based on category and consumer shopping behavior 3. Exploring and onboarding new digital partners to improve platform performance, including negotiating commercial terms, work processes and partner performance optimization 4. Designing and executing experiments using new formats and digital innovations 5. Executing monthly campaigns through digital partners, and monitoring and optimizing campaign performance 6. Generating insights from competitor activities and performance SKILLS/EXPERIENCE : - 3+ yrs of work experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 yr in Digital Marketing/Brand Marketing - Understanding of basic marketing and communication principles - Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscape - Results-oriented and ownership-driven, can develop independent ideas that are driven by data - Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail - Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically - Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines QUALIFICATIONS: - B.Sc./B.Tech from a premier institution
