Brief about the role:

We are building a central planning function with-in the existing planning team to drive key strategic initiatives in order to improve Selection Quality, Assortment Health, Inventory Management andOptimize Profitability.

This central team will work closely with Myntra Planning headto drive an important charter, which will directly impact the P&L of the organization.

What you will do:

- Develop deep understanding of the category planning, buying, category operations & sales operations to identify gaps & develop solutions for the same

- Understand business priorities and design & execute process, which help address these priorities

- Lead the identification of new initiatives, ensure right design, development& implementation and should own its business impact

- Liaison with multiple stakeholders - this is a fairly cross-functional role, entailing collaborating internally with Category Heads, Category Planners, Revenue & Category-Ops teams

Your Must-Haves:

- 4+ years of relevant experience with e-commerce, category planning, program management or consulting

- MBA from Tier-1 B-School (2+ year of experience post MBA preferred)

- Exceptional analytical& problem solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions

- Gather business insights and identify trends from data (from multiple sources)

- Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment

- Ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output, with limited oversight

- Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and influence/rally/align them towards a common org/business goal

- Strong verbal & written communication skills

- Proficiency in Excel & SQL
