Manager - Business Finance (MBA Form Tier 1 College)

Job Requirements:

- Finance leader managing the Myntra Fashion Brands.

- Partner with business leader and influence the key decisions for meeting the targets.

- Manage a team to prepare the financial and operational plan for the business unit.

- Prepare insightful analytics and partner with functional leaders while presenting to leadership.-

- Develop and align operational metrics with key financial metrics.

- Provide reporting, analytics and business insights to the management.

- Understand the business, drive cost savings and working closely with key stakeholders

Skills Required :

- Strong Leadership Skills with ability to build scalable processes.

- Structured Thought process.

- Presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to deal with senior stake holders.

Education and Experience Required:

MBA (finance) from Tier-1 college.

- 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
