This team is responsible for continuous audits of all active processes across the entire SCM architecture including the publishing of results, report card and scores (as per the audit framework ) along with suggested improvement actions. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Continuously monitor &amp; refine the auditing framework in consultation with the relevant stakeholders. - Audit each active process across the target region (Warehouse or Myntra Logistics). - Publish a Score Card - Covering Qualitative &amp; Quantitative Metrics each month. - Provide Insights/Post Mortem Reports to the Business Owners covering. - Monitor the implementation of the issued CAPs (Corrective Action Plan) along with on-track/off-track status, at risk/not at risk status, expected closure dates etc. - Provide comprehensive management reporting on all observed instances of process non-conformance + Past Trends along with anticipated customer impact across the entire network. - Additional data to be provided by tracking &amp; reporting number of customers/shipments impacted (delayed/wrong product etc). - As an outcome of the process diagnostic &amp; audit, the team is also responsible for providing insights from the audit as a part of the proposed/suggested fixes which shall be taken on by the respective departments. - Control Mechanism - Tech &amp; Non-Tech (Mandatory). - Provide Refresher Road Map where required for existing processes basis learnings derived from the continuous process audits. - Monitor the performance of all auditors in the team. - Plan the workload/review cycles for all auditors- basis ongoing/topical issues. - Continuously review the audits being conducted by the auditors in each location to derive trends &amp; an analysis which can be synthesized into long-term intelligence/learnings. - Team Management Skills
