Job Requirements:

- Responsible for forecasting, inventory management, and warehouse capacity analysis and planning

- Oversee development of systems and processes of continuous improvement

- Develop the annual business plan for the business area and provide monthly variance analysis for the division.

- Coordinate project activities with the stakeholders, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects

- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem within Supply chain by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.

- For new enhancements and cost reduction projects, prepare business scenario analysis and identify the best possible solution

- Map the delivery performance and identify measures to satisfy customer expectation while optimizing cost and speed

- Support Annual Operating planning exercise

- Drive Cost Control Projects and other cross functional projects for detailed analysis

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Knowledge of SQL/statistics added advantage

Education and Experience Required:

- Master's in Business Administration- Top tier college. Preferably IIMs / ISB / graduation from IITs

- 1- 4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functional area

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
