Job Description: Logistics

- Finance partner for the Logistics

- Forecasting of Logistics Cost in line with the company’s growth plan

- Forecast Capex requirements to support growth in Myntra’s own logistics

- Support Annual Operating Plan in liason with the logistics team

- Drive Cross functional projects to improve profitability.

- Drive process improvement projects in Myntra’s own Logistics

- Ensure accurate accounting of all expenses and COD collections and are in line with operations

- Improve the way costing data is captured to facilitate in better analysis and use of data

- Set up systems/processes to ensure billing is accurate

- Responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts payable management

- Work with Logistics team to help negotiate rates and build in models to support business.

- Work with 3PL partners and understand the cost metrics for billing. Identity new partners or revise the existing agreements to get better rates and SLAs from the partners

- Monthly billing and reconciliation for 3PL billing and debit notes raised in the process

- Support monthly management reporting/internal/investor reporting.

- Discuss and drive monthly performance Dashboard.

- Drive month end closing process

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Knowledge of SQL/statistics added advantage

Education and Experience Required:

- Master's in Business Administration- Top tier college. Preferably IIMs/ISB/ graduation from IITs

- 2 to 4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functional area

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
