Position : Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- As Affiliate/Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing online affiliate program from the ground up with the goal of driving sales and expanding our online presence.
- You will also drive our remarketing channel by engaging with remarketing partners and optimizing our in-house campaigns.
- As part of the program execution, you will be charged with identifying prospective affiliates, working with the Marketing team to develop affiliate assets and marketing tools, maintaining affiliate relationships, performing affiliate payout reconciliation, technical pixel placements (through Google tag manager) and ensuring our affiliates perform to our sales and brand expectations.
- On the remarketing front, you will be tasked with working towards improving efficiency and RoI of our remarketing campaigns (both in-house and with external partners).
- You will also be expected to keep track of networks/publishers and keep a strong check on potential fraud activities like cookie stuffing etc.
Specific Tasks:
- Identify and recruit new affiliates & affiliate marketplace partnerships
- Develop criteria to gauge viability of new affiliate partners
- Create marketing strategies to work with potential affiliates
- Create overarching remarketing strategy (both in- house and external partners)
- Place pixels on site for different affiliate networks/ remarketing partners (primarily using Google Tag Manager)
- Manage day- to- day relationship, communication, and customer support for affiliates
- Work with the top performing affiliates/remarketing partners helping them to maximize their efforts and incentivize them to deliver more (provide them with campaigns, promotions, assets/tools, etc.)
- Analyze affiliate/remarketing performance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management on performance
- Maintain continued growth of the affiliate program by monitoring needs and capturing interests / feedback
- Manage affiliate/remarketing operations, including acquisition, set- up, payments, invoicing and dispute resolution
- Utilizing strong sales technique, close deals with new affiliates to increase the size and profitability of the channel
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3- 4 years of experience as an Account Manager at an affiliate network or Affiliate Delivery Manager at large internet firms (preferably e- commerce) with a keen understanding of remarketing.
- Bachelor's/MBA degree from a tier 1 school in the country (preferably IIT/IIMs)
- Prior expertise in building, developing and managing (in house) affiliate sales programs
- Experience with technical implementation of affiliate/remarketing programs (pixel placements, pixel piggy- backing, microsites, landing pages) & web analytics
- Understanding affiliate marketing fraud like cookie stuffing etc. will be very useful
