Title: Sr. Manager - Training & Process Control, SCM   Location: Bangalore  Job Responsibilities:  Training:  - Work with respective functions within SCM to Lead and drive process training and ensure Training is established as a culture   - Mentor training team  - Identify training needs using various techniques and ensure it is met  - To ensure structured approach to end to end Training Process   - Take initiatives within the boundary of Training to impact productivity and ensure compliance  Process Control:  - Facilitate implementation of new processes and Improvement initiatives in co-ordination with Operations Excellence and Operations team  - Monitor performance, audit and drive initiatives to improve Business KPIs and Quality  Skills / Qualification Required:  - Warehouse/Manufacturing/ Logistics / e-Commerce Experience  - Stakeholder management  - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
